>figure out converter
>p2v like 100 servers
>figure out update manager
>upgrade all the hosts from 3.5 to 4.0
>vms running the whole time
>decide to upgrade vmtools on all vms
>click upgrade
>go to lunch
>phone blows up, everything just rebooted
>realize that upgrading vmtools requires a reboot
>walk of shame back to my desk with tacos from district taco
>write incident report
>promise to follow change management
>attend public shaming session
>aka incident review meeting
>thanked for virtualizing the data center
